As a seasoned traveler, I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but the experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Geneva was truly exceptional. The friendly staff, including the hotel manager, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail, such as giving gifts to my son, made our stay even more special. The location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to shopping and tourist attractions. The renovated rooms are chic and spotless, with comfortable beds and exceptional turn-down service. our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this luxurious hotel.

We were upgraded to fashionable classic king room with the balcony. The hotel has wonderful location just off the centre of Geneva, the fountain, and a nearby winery and lunch. Furthermore, down to a local restaurant.

the hotel was fairly clean based in a traditional style building with brilliantly friendly staff. marvellous and incredible location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a contemporary art museum. also, down to a local restaurant. what a good stay, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is situated right on Lake Geneva, providing guests with a stunning view from their rooms. The location in the centre of Geneva is very convenient and offers easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are updated and modern, but still retain charming older touches such as a fireplace. Additionally, I was delighted to have a balcony in my room, which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings even more.
